Like all beers the basic ingredients are water (known as liquor in the brewing industry), malted barley, hops and yeast. Timing, temperatures, and quantities are the skill the brewer adds to make his or her unique ales. These are my stock ales:
ABV 4.2%. A full flavoured amber coloured best bitter ale.
ABV 4.2%. A thoroughly complex and enriching cream stout ale.
ABV 4.2%. A pale single hop golden ale.
ABV 3.8%. A malty, flavoursome bitter hopped lightly with First Gold and East Kent Goldings
